- Exposure in selling to overseas buyers particularly to factories/brands/Traders/Tanneries
- Experience in leather industry and international marketing is mandatory.
- Identification and short listing of potential customers
- Forge /Build long term partnerships with customer
- Identify new products and growth areas
- Responsible for achieving monthly budgeted and gross Margin targets
- Prepare management report on weekly and monthly basis
- Active involvement in product development with sourcing head in different destinations
