Job Description :
Reporting to the Vice President - Marketing & Business Development, you will be responsible for:
- Directing, developing and implementing and reviewing the marketing strategies to establish pharmaceutical & lab products
- Attaining profitable growth and overall organizational objectives
- Ownership and responsibility on all aspects of Lab & pharmaceutical marketing / product segment including product / price / promotion / people development in order to achieve organizational objectives
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with product and brand managers
- Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings
- Frequently contact key accounts to assess the marketing needs and implement the same
The Successful Applicant must be :
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) in a scientific or business discipline, candidates coming with an MBA / PGDM (Marketing) will be preferred
- 5 - 8 years of experience, preferably in Marketing in similar Industry
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate, work collaboratively and cross functionally
- Ability to create and promote value to customers, understands financial implications of decisions, and work with others to execute plans
- Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
