An MNC firm is looking to hire a Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in helping develop Marketing Plans, implementing, and monitoring marketing programs, collaborating with Sales, Marketing Agencies, Procurement team to execute the Laid-out Marketing plan and strategies, and ensuring effective communication with the right audience.
Reporting Manager - Director Marketing and PR.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Marketing Initiatives: Oversee marketing digital campaigns, email series, events and other initiatives.
- Audience Segmentation: Conduct marketing database segmentation to deliver relevant messaging to target audiences.
- ROI Tracking: Ensure accurate tracking of campaign return on investment (ROI).
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and propose adjustments for improvement.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests for website, email marketing campaigns and landing pages.
- Documentation: Document marketing processes in companies handbook, Budget Tracking, PR/PO/ Invoices Process Custodian and to remain within the budget as desired.
Skills/Exp:
- Degree in marketing, Certification in Digital Marketing
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience desired in Demand Generation for IT/ITeS Company
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation software (Marketo, SAP).
- Track record in B2B marketing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Google Documents.
- Excellent organizational skills.
