Manager - Marketing - IT & Growth
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to achieve brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth.
- Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital (SEO, SEM, social media), print, events, and partnerships.
Market Research & Analytics:
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the IT landscape.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
Content Creation & Management:
- Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging marketing content (text, visuals) for various platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, product) and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media) for the IT audience.
- Analyze digital data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Traditional Marketing & PR:
- Develop and execute traditional marketing activities (print, events) to complement digital efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
Teamwork and Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative work environment by working closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, IT).
- Provide marketing support for multiple ventures or business units within Afynd Private Limited.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Up to 1 year of experience in a marketing role (internship experience a plus).
- Strong interest and understanding of the IT industry (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic marketing tools (e., Google Analytics)
