- Create demand based marketing campaigns which are measurable and business KPI driven
- Create original and business-focused marketing programs (including media partnerships), and oversee campaigns from conceptualization to completion
- Craft impactful message for the firm's brand, services and solutions for different mediums that helps reinforce leadership and differentiate the brand in the market
- Build brand saliency through B2B2C contents creation e.g. digital asset content, AVs/Video Films, presentations that connects with various target audience
- Act as the creative consultant for business teams, helping them maximize the impact oftheir campaigns
- Work with global teams from different work streams, to produce work that's aligned with Company's branding guidelines and purpose
- Build and maintain great relationships with creative/design talent and business leaders, and also market transformational ideas grounded in solid business rationale
- Be as focused on the details as on the big picture; reasonably analytical and exceptionally creative
- Be aware of the latest trends in the industry, and possess sound knowledge of trends impacting professional services organization
- Be aware of the developments in the business, art, cultural, political and technological spaces. Understand the implications of these developments on the brand and change strategies accordingly.
- Has strong executive presence, with exceptional verbal and written communication
