Responsibilities include:
- Formulating and executing the marketing plan. This includes new category & seller launches, cross-category placements, developing and executing Amazon site wide events, email programs etc.
- Developing promotions & excellence in execution to maximize ROI
- Handling design, tracking merchandising and owning complete responsibility for all 3P Categories
- Tracking and analyzing customer needs based on customer behavior including search, browse and purchase
- Regularly develop, test and analyze new merchandising tactics that sell products across all categories and increase conversion rates, documenting the results and sharing best practices with the team
- Identifying problems and opportunities and responding accordingly, engaging cross-functional teams where necessary
- Create category pages, brand stores, campaigns and develop/ manage free search improvement and SEM projects
- Developing and managing SEM initiatives, free search improvement projects, online ads, social media campaigns and new traffic-driving content strategies
- Analyzing and sharing relevant metrics and best practices from the executed initiatives across the organization
- Developing, testing and analyzing new tactics to increase conversion rates and sharing them within the organization
- Propose new traffic-driving content strategies
