Key Responsibilities:

- The role holder is responsible for marketing activities that generate leads and create brand awareness through activation programs done in conjunction with the brand & sales teams. Liaising with event companies and other Vendors.

- Developing and managing the R&R programs for the different channels. Working with the Bancassurance channel to build strong engagement and deeper penetration. Manage the digital and social media campaigns.

BTL Activities and Events:

- Conceptualize promotional events that generate leads and drive brand awareness

- Drive local visibility initiatives at branch and identify other outdoor visibility options

- Select and Manage Event Management companies to achieve planned activities

- Evaluate cost-benefit of sponsorships properties

- Conceptualize on ground Activation programs - Shopping Mall activity, corporate activity, Housing Society events etc.

- Organize Road shows in Rural areas for generating leads and enhancing brand visibility

Support to Channel - Banca

- Develop and Manage R& R programs

- Support Business divisions with necessary visibility at the channel partners, distributors and other such partners POS locations

- Ensure sales collaterals availability in branch offices

- Plan and organize local level sales events

- Select and coordinate with Printers / Gifts Merchandisers

Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions / Results:

- Develop and deliver innovative activation programs consistent with Company's brand image and values to ensure lead generation, brand awareness and recall in the Company's target customer segments

- Plan and ensure successful implementation of lead gen initiatives and on ground properties

- Use innovations to deliver a media multiplier. Identify and execute sponsorship opportunities to get the right associations for Company

Experience / Knowledge Requirements:

- 7 years plus experience in Channel Marketing and or Activations

- Managing agencies and external suppliers

- Having prior experience of working in a multi - cultural, fast paced and evolving environment

Personal Competencies Required:

- Project management skills to carry out multiple tasks in a project to their logical conclusion

- Knowledge of leading practices in Marketing across industries

- Strong networking and influencing skills

- Negotiation and relationship management skills

Education and Other Requirement:

- Management graduate, with a specialization in marketing from a MBA institute/ university
