Responsibilities for this position include:

- Develop Program plan for influencer management

- Monitor & evaluate effectiveness of Influencer Programs viz brand and biz goals

- Benchmark competitor offerings and design counter strategies to ensure Brands consideration among influencer

- Regular visits to markets to understand gaps and ensure corrections

- Benchmarking track with competition.

- Interface with customers through field research, usability studies, and surveys to identify/prioritize product needs and ensure an industry-leading loyalty feature set.

- Build mutually beneficial long term relationships with consumers.

- Identify most valuable consumers.

- Recruit new consumers to the brand and create lifetime value through the programme.

- Drive increased purchase value, frequency and lifetime value across all of our sales channels.

- Inspire advocacy and drive consumer centricity.

- Promote data driven (fact-based) decision-making by showcasing knowledge and insights from the programme.

- Ensure best-in-class loyalty program that will increase customer retention, spend, and ROI.

- Develop the annual and seasonal loyalty marketing plan as an integral component of the planning process.

Candidate Requirement :-


From Mumbai only Preferred

Experience : 8-12 yrs

Full time MBA is mandatory

Reporting to: Head of Marketing
