Marketing Manager
Key Areas of Work:
Responsible & Accountable for:
1. Designing & Updating of Marketing/ Product Brochures to be circulated within Gemini Team & to current/ prospective/ dormant clients on a monthly basis
2. Online and offline marketing: hands-on experience with digital media, including SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels.
3. Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences.
4. Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
5. An understanding of agile marketing, to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time.
6. Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.
7. Generating New References/ Leads/ Revenue from cross-selling to current active/ dormant customers
8. Ability to analyze the market trends, and industry players and present an action plan to meet the business strategy
9. To be able to forecast and identify new business opportunities
10. Understanding of technical features of industry products and customer business need and designing a solution to address the gap
11. Ability to define and evaluate the commercial terms, in line with business profitability and ensure adherence to the terms
12. Design, Analyze & Present MIS Reports to management across the organization
13. Ability to manage the budgeting process and use analytical skills.
14. Optimise sales force efficiency and effectiveness through the development, delivery, and implementation of SFE activities across the sales organization.
15. Ability to manage principals' payouts and custodian of principal contracts/ documents
16. Ability to recommend new solutions & applications of existing products
