Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

- Stabilize the existing marketing commodities and simultaneously develop India manufacture of Specialties.

- Development of new potentials in the market and map industry dynamics.

- Expansion of product portfolio.

- Maintain close liaison with customers.

- Carry out market survey for new applications of existing products.

- Pricing strategy of products. Mapping competitor's products.

- Realize sales by timely collections and statutory payments.Inform locally and to regional office about status of market trends.

- Be cost effective versus competitor's production, to be achieved by working internally and externally to achieve the right balance which provides the services at affordable price.

The Successful Candidate:

- Minimum B E in chemical engineering or M.Sc. (with organic or inorganic chemistry). Candidates with two years full time degree in Marketing will be given preference.

- Candidate should have minimum of eight to ten years of experience of selling chemicals.

- Having experience and exposure of introducing new products in chemicals segment (particularly B2B chemical industry) will be an added advantage.

- Candidates having exposure to sell Surfactants & Lubricant market segment will be given preference.

- Candidate has to have commercial experience in the area of pricing the product and recommending management on product pricing strategy based on market survey.

- He also must have experience of Product mapping and market survey.
