Marketing Manager - Female Candidates only
Minimum 10 years in the industry with at least 7 year's proven experience in marketing and looking for people only from industrial automation industry.
- End to end development of marketing programs - from strategy to execution
- Ideate, develop, and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns
- Develop and manage marketing budget to meet marketing objectives and measure results of the marketing program
- Manage CRM and other web analytical tools for reporting
- Manage all promotional activities for company brand including internal communications, lead generation, branding, relationships with partners, & reporting activities
- Maintenance of sales enablement portals
Marketing systems management across the organization Need to work across disciplines and on larger engagements serving customers (internal & external) and partners/ campaigns etc
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results
- Demonstrate ability to interact and collaborate with employees, customers, partners, analysts
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
- Effective development of project briefs with clear timescales, scope, skills and effort required to completion
- Strong understanding of commercial and account strategies with the ability to tailor implementation and wider delivery processes to meet all stakeholder requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at once. Excellent project initiation skills
- Understanding of wider Usability and accessibility constraints, gain expertise to continually improve the website and portal areas.
- Develop website specifications and design and build Marketing Communications for web related needs
- Manage partner ecosystem for co-marketing activities
