The position is responsible for all Marketing planning and execution for primarily hospitality domain in India and South Asia cluster.
Reporting To : Group Marketing Director and Managing Director - India
Based At : Saket, New Delhi, India
Key Relationship :
Internal: Group Marketing Team, MD, VP, Area Manager, Program Managers, Administration Manager and Finance Manager
External: General Managers of Hotels and Senior Managers from Sales & Marketing, F&B divisions of the hotels
Key Responsibilities :
- The position shall lead the planning and co-creating marketing strategies for Group business in India cluster (logistics franchisee AND Hospitality Loyalty Marketing)
- Position purpose and primary focus will be the planning, development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies for Group companies
- Working under the Group Marketing Leadership Team based from Head Office and lead the Marketing function.
- Plan and creating Marketing inputs for the Hospitality Loyalty program for India cluster.
- Leading the Marketing support for Loyalty program roll-outs
- Collateral Management, including vendor management
- Database management and driving Bulk Sales opportunities
- Website & CRM management including training, Social media & E-mail marketing, SMS, Apps and content management
- Coordination & implementation of special promotions, sponsorship, direct mail, e-marketing, tradeshows to support GMS divisions within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Competition analysis and benchmarking
- Reports and coordination between various stake holders
Key Competencies :
- Graduate preferably with additional Marketing & Communication qualification
- More than 5 years experience in a related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry will be favorable viewed
- Sales experience preferred
- Mature and proven success at multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Understanding of market segmentation analysis to determine communication strategies
- Experience in managing key relationship with senior team members (i.e. GMs, AMDs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deliver basic training
- Conversant in word, excel, and powerpoint
- Occasional travelling (mostly within India)
