Roles & Responsibilities :
- Translate Profit/SBP/Revenue target to International Business goals, Create Plans and Achieve Annual Sales Budget
- Create Pipeline to achieve Business Development Plans for the region
- Apply product application knowledge to discover value in new customers/new products/new applications
- Maintain inventory of new business ideas and Pipeline
- Manage Customer Service Executives
- Meet Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Target
- Performance Review with the sales team, distributors and reporting manager
- Introduction of new product trials, feedback to TI for product improvement
- CRM tracking and follow up to convert prospects into orders
- Maintain sales expenses as per revenue budget
- Participation in Trade exhibition, seminars, identification of other promotional needs
- Working Capital Management through adherence to Credit Policy
