Manager - Marketing - Government Project - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for an ambitious Project of Government of Maharashtra.

Role : Marketing Manager

Location : Churchgate

About the Role & Project:

The project is statewide initiative to drive employability in the state of Maharashtra. In this initiative government has set a target of providing 10 lakhs internships to the youths who would be paid 6 months stipend through DBT.

This role is part of the Project Management Team setup under the project head.

Reports to : State Nodal Officer

Qualification : MBA from tier-1 institute + Min 5 years of experience

Responsibilities :

- Work on Online and Offline Marketing.

- Work on Event Branding & Marketing.

- Help develop create briefs & guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising & public facing communications, including print, digital & video assets.

- Gather Market Insights to inform outreach strategies

- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking, analysis & optimize accordingly.

- Deploying successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

- Experimenting with various organic & paid acquisition channels.

- Build Strategic relationships and partner with key industry players.

- Prepare & monitor marketing budget

- Measure & report on the performance of marketing campaigns & gain insight.
