The incumbent should be an MBA from reputed institute with relevant experience in Brand Management including ATL, BTL, Digital, Marketing Communication with reputed FMCG / D2C Company.
The incumbent will be responsible for end to end Marketing including ATL, BTL, Digital, Marketing Communication and Agency Management.
KRA's:
- Developing annual marketing & brand strategy .
- Comprehensive development of marketing plans to drive business growth and success and orchestrating the seamless execution of result-driven marketing strategies to maximize their impact and reach.
- Identifying key marketing channels (ATL, BTL, digital) for campaign execution and work on creatives/ content across the channels.
- leading product launches/new releases and work with the product management team for planning, release, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Ensuring that appropriate competitive intelligence is captured and leveraged by sales and other teams. Create new assets and revamp existing ones.
- providing ideas to content marketing to proliferate product-centric messaging and competitive differentiation, function as a subject matter expert for development of content market assets.
- Responsible for running business marketing campaigns across media platforms like Meta and Instagram
