They are poised to grow rapidly and need a strong Marketing manager to support the growth for India
Job Description: Reporting to the Country sales manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Plans & executes new product launches as per headquarters guidelines
- Formulate & implement brand strategies in order to achieve key Brand objectives. This would include:
a) Understanding consumer & market research
b) Evaluate market reactions to advertising, sales promotion and merchandising.
c) Analyse and interprets market trends and proposes actions
- Liaises with media representatives for advertising or direct marketing.
- Actively looks for growth opportunities
- Proposes and implements marketing plans in order to increase the demand of products he/she is responsible for.
- Supports Sales teams with key customers
- Handles day to day marketing execution
The Successful Candidate:
- Excellent academic background including MBA
- Over 8 years of experience in FMCG Marketing, of which at least 2 years' experience in new product development.
- International experience is considered a plus.
- Experience in launches in new categories/ products will be considered an asset.
- Entrepreneurial mind set
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills. Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to travel. Base position in Mumbai
