About our Client: Our client is an international premium player in the Food industry. Well established in the western hemisphere, they are now turning their attention to India with the intention of growing their footprint. They offer a diverse range of ready to eat foods. They are poised to grow rapidly and need a strong Marketing manager to support the growth for India

Job Description: Reporting to the Country sales manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Plans & executes new product launches as per headquarters guidelines

- Formulate & implement brand strategies in order to achieve key Brand objectives. This would include:

a) Understanding consumer & market research

b) Evaluate market reactions to advertising, sales promotion and merchandising.

c) Analyse and interprets market trends and proposes actions

- Liaises with media representatives for advertising or direct marketing.

- Actively looks for growth opportunities

- Proposes and implements marketing plans in order to increase the demand of products he/she is responsible for.

- Supports Sales teams with key customers

- Handles day to day marketing execution

The Successful Candidate:

- Excellent academic background including MBA

- Over 8 years of experience in FMCG Marketing, of which at least 2 years' experience in new product development.

- International experience is considered a plus.

- Experience in launches in new categories/ products will be considered an asset.

- Entrepreneurial mind set

- Strong interpersonal and project management skills. Ability to work in a team environment.

- Ability to travel. Base position in Mumbai
