Job Description : Reporting to the Country sales manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Spear head the marketing operations cross channel

- Relationship management with the relevant industry partners

- Promote the product across non digital & digital channels and trade marketing

- Design and execution of marketing

- Strategy in-line with the organizational growth aspiration:

- Go to Market, product mix and approach

- Periodic market survey analysis

The Successful Candidate:

- Total 6-8 years Sales experience out of which minimum 4 years in retail FMCG marketing environment/ agency background

- Cross channel knowledge of supporting sales initiatives and pure play consumer marketing

- Experienced in Marketing strategy development and Deployment

- Strong demonstrated Leadership skills

- Sound knowledge and exposure to digital, Youtube virals, SEM/SEO, social media, blogging

- MBA is good to have

- Excellent communication skills

- Assertive, confident, proactive and result oriented

- Potential to shoulder responsibilities
