Primary Responsibilities:
- Leads the assigned brand portfolio to achieve/exceed annual sales goals and the profitability goals
- Conceptualize, develop & implement all marketing activities for the assigned portfolio in liaison with the Category Head.
- Designs and develops marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness resulting in greater brand equity for the portfolio
- Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements and ensuring maximum brand visibility, capturing optimum market shares and building consumer preferences
- Analyze sales pattern product wise, region wise and recommend strategy/tactics to influence changes in demand patterns & sales
- Responsible for timely and effective launch of brands under the portfolio & implementation of planned promotions
- Partners with cross functional team to enhance speed to market for introduction of new products
- To collaborate and partner with the marketing communications Team and vendors for marketing promotions and development of brochures
- Analyzes marketplace , keeping track of competitor activities/ market shares and the emerging consumer preferences
- Works with training team on creating unique brand experience programs for ABOs
