Job responsibilities:
- To spearhead the development and branding strategy for assigned product categories, driving brand growth, market share, and profitability. Continuously innovate to differentiate products in a competitive market landscape. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing unique product categories despite being a newcomer without first mover advantage.
- Meeting targets for own product group and supporting sales team to achieve goals for select products.
- Tracking and achieving market share goals for volume and revenue, informed by competitor analysis.
- Providing insights for product enhancement based on market feedback.
- Collaborating with Product Category Head on new product ideas and conducting regular market reviews.
- Ensuring thorough product testing in partnership with R&D and executing Go-To-Market plans.
- Monitoring competition and executing Below-The-Line (BTL) communication and on-ground promotions.
- Coordinating with Brand team for Above-The-Line (ATL) activities.
- Executing marketing initiatives, developing collaterals, and coordinating with vendors.
- Identifying regional priorities for comprehensive marketing initiatives.
- Managing product demand and ensuring regular supply in collaboration with sales and supply chain.
- Building internal synergies with Supply Chain and R&D teams.
- Fostering talent development and engagement within the team.
