Mandatory Requirement :
- Candidate must have good academics
- Candidate must have good exposure in premium brands.
- Marcom professional with 5- 7 years of experience leading corporate marketing, branding and PR for reputed companies across diverse industries
Key responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and orchestrate BTL marketing campaigns that effectively reinforces and builds brand's image
- Develop and enhance PR and Digital media activations to elevate company's brand's presence
- Timely identify and implement in-store branding, PR, merchandise requirements for the brand across India
- Responsible for liaison with agencies (pertaining to branding activations, PR, social interface)
- Brand: Menu launches; thematic launches; seasonal launches, annual property conceptualization and launches
- Media planning, Print, Radio, Outdoor, Digital,
- Core skills - Creative design copy & PR
- Agency management : PR, Brand, Social
- Merchandise portfolio rebranding for incremental revenue.
- Re-branding and sourcing of merchandise
- Celebrity management (for PR events and associations).
- Effective ideation and execution of media launches
- Vendor control, wrt product, price and quality for brand marketing
- Ability to manage small teams across zones
- Ability to create engaging presentations and proposals for alliances
- Market research for crafting research reports
