Marketing Manager - Brewery (Pune, Maharashtra)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.

- Plan and manage digital, print, and event marketing campaigns.

- Handle PR, influencer collaborations, and sponsorships.

- Oversee social media, content creation, and paid ads.

- Drive retail and on-premise marketing initiatives.

- Monitor budgets, analyze ROI, and optimize marketing efforts.

- Coordinate with sales, production, and operations teams.

Qualifications:

MBA/PG in Marketing or related field.

5-8 years of experience in FMCG, alcohol, or hospitality marketing.

Strong brand management, digital marketing, and event marketing skills.

Excellent communication, creativity, and project management abilities
