JD for Marketing Manager

- Create marketing strategies to support Decor's Brands, Sales and Services

- Handle the Brand promotion and Marketing Activity individually plan and execute

- Should have expertise in managing in all Phases of Marketing, Branding & Sales Promotion from Prospective Area/ Channel distribution network

- Monitoring and analyzing a brand and competitors performance to identify strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.

- Create measurable sales funnel and brand image among existing and potential clients

- Assist with managing the product development Process from the Concept Phase to the post Launch phase

- Understand overall operation for improvement of existing products based on market trends/requirements.

- Conduct market surveys and research for new product launch and territory for expansion plans

- Responsible for achieving Targets and Promotional activity for Large Retail Formats like D-mart, Big Bazaar (Future Retail Ltd.), Reliance, Homestore Mom&Pop etc.

- Also responsible for E-commerce Business Partners and Institutional Sales Such as snapdeal, shopclues, Paytm etc

- Explore tie-ups with large boutique hotels and corporate hospitals.
