Here is a brief on the marketing profile:

- Primary role will be to do industry marketing, PR, branding and collaborations

- Total years of experience in the range of 10 -15 years

- Experience in ophthalmic industry and should have dealt with eye care institutes, eye hospitals and corporates from other industries like IT, Financial Services, Pharma, etc.

- Experience in planning and executing CME's, industry events, etc

- Experience in digital marketing is a must; should have worked with agencies to drive results from digital marketing spends

Marketing Manager JD:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative marketing manager to join our team and help us grow our ophthalmic healthcare service business in India. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, webinars, events, etc.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends

- Create and manage marketing content, such as blogs, newsletters, brochures, case studies, testimonials, etc.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, product development, customer service, media partners, etc.

- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and report on key performance indicators

- Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in the ophthalmic healthcare industry

Requirements:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills

- Creative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills

- Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc.
