Requirements:
- Experience in pharma industry in handling brands covering large size, new brands, Life cycle management of brands, launch of new divisions, superspecialty brands
- Candidate must be from an MNC working currently as a group product manager or in Strategic Marketing / marketing excellence .
- Should be an MBA from a good institute.
Role:
- Internally collaborate with multiple teams like senior management, BUs / MMs, agencies/ associations ( ad agencies, medical assoc, NGOs) and central corporate teams to ensure integrated brand programs for all high investment, pillar and new brands.
- Custodian of Brand Building across SBUs - Co-create differentiated marketing plans for relevant business unit, supporting the marketing manager to utilize strategic growth levers based on situation analysis and create impactful campaigns
