- Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies, drive brand visibility, and manage multi-channel campaigns.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and PR initiatives.
- This role will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimize marketing efforts across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy, including budgeting, market positioning, and performance evaluation, while aligning shortand long-term business goals.
- Audience-Centric Strategies: Identify and prioritize key audiences (clients, potential employees, industry stakeholders) by understanding their behaviors and characteristics to develop targeted strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, account, delivery, and support teams to ensure consistent brand alignment across all customer and employee interactions.
- Public Relations & Executive Communications: Lead PR initiatives and craft executive-level communications to enhance the company's public image and internal messaging.
- Social Media Growth & Brand Visibility: Grow and manage the company's social media presence, boosting brand visibility and engagement through data-driven approaches.
- Brand Awareness & Media Management: Enhance brand awareness by optimizing media management strategies, leveraging advanced analytics, and multi-channel campaign optimization.
- Digital Marketing & Agency Partnerships: Oversee digital marketing efforts and manage relationships with external agencies, including digital media and social media agencies.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns, including websites, social media, CRM, and email marketing, ensuring personalization, targeting, and optimized user experience.
- Event Program Management: Manage all major internal and external events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the company's marketing objectives.
- Website & Landing Page Development: Create and manage website content and landing pages, with a focus on both content writing and UI/UX design.
- Client-Facing Deliverables: Develop and deliver high-quality marketing collateral that differentiates the company from competitors, supporting sales and business development efforts.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content such as blogs, social media posts, emailers, brochures, presentations, and intelligence reports, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and maintaining consistency.
