Opportunity with an Entertainment company

Job Purpose: To execute, supervise and provide inputs to the overall brand strategy for Business Unit and to enhance brand performance and brand equity so as to ensure achievement of the desired channel reach.

Key Deliverables:

- To execute and supervise the Brand Strategy for Business Unit and shows within.

To enhance brand equity:

- Appropriate positioning of Channel and its content to TG at large.

- To improve the perception of the channel in the minds of the TG.

- Increase Brand recall.

- To prepare a marketing plan (for trade and consumer) in conjunction with the Marketing Head and Business Head.

- To allocate brand budget to the different properties and drive the campaigns for all the properties.

- To formulate policies and guidelines for marketing activities in consultation with the Marketing Head.

- To Plan, innovate and execute of channel brand campaigns

- Create Sustained Ground Connect

- Build Consumer Pull for Channel Subscriptions

- Initiate and plan activities to build, manage and track media plans for the brand

- Conceptualize and evolve a media strategy by partnering with teams for the brand

- To ensure cost savings and increase perception by maximizing alliances and partnerships.

- Partner with consumer insight team to develop a robust understanding of the TG.

- Brand Solution: Create new avenues for Sales Integration.

- To ensure implementation of initiatives directed towards generating additional sources of revenue.

- Enhance the TOMA score of the brand through consumer engagement.

- To be a part of the strategic think tank for the channel.

- Regularly liaison with Channel Marketing team to roll out Organizational best practices for the channel.

Scope of the Job:

1. Brand Strategy execution for the SBU.

2. Budgetary allocation across properties.

3. Brand Campaigns.

4. Media Strategy: Media Buying and scheduling target setting

5. Media Planning, both ATL and BTL
