Job Title: Marketing Manager - Electronics - Pune

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing fully integrated marketing programs, campaigns, and strategies that will optimize business growth. This highly collaborative role will work cross-functionally with members of the Production Team, Sales, and sales enablement teams, to ensure alignment to overall business objectives. The role demands exposure in planning, designing and executing digital marketing campaigns. In addition, build specific programs, utilizing innovative, go-to-market tools and approaches, to bring the full capabilities of the firm to bear with maximum reach and impact to the market.

Job Responsibility:

- Serve as the marketing lead across various cross-functional teams in the developmentand creation of global marketing programs and strategies that accelerate engagement,support revenue growth.

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns

- Oversee a social media strategy

- Website Branding - Restructure & Manage company's Website and product / services portfolio

- Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as LinkedIn Facebook and Twitter

- Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports

- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion

- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)

- Fix any errors or bugs in online content

- Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites

- Arrange webinars and webcasts

- Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management

- Write copy for email marketing campaigns

- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing

- Work on printed material to supplement online products

- Develop demand generation strategies, co-marketing messages and materials, and thought-leadership content that supports in growth strategy

- Monitor program results and make ongoing enhancements and adjustments to campaigns and strategies

- Understand and segment the market size, know the competitors market share

- Develop collaterals for corporate communication and for various products / services /programs in co-ordination with design agencies and internal product owners.

- Appropriate Positioning in the Global marketplace

- Identify Key markets and create efficient entry strategies leveraging on existing strengths of Brand Volex

- Identify and Refine the Key Offerings

- Develop an effective GTM resulting in high impact quick actionable

- Named Account Marketing targeting high priority prospects in a sustained approach

- Corporate Collateral, online presence, physical branding, exhibitions

- Lead Generation facilitated by an Inside Sales Team

Key Skills:

- Strong project management, project coordination, and planning skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to think strategically, generate creative solutions, manage multiple projects, and achieve successful business results

- Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, clients and prospects and develop strong working relationships across the organization

- Knowledge of how to effectively prioritize and get things done in a fast-paced, fluid environment

- Natural storyteller, with ability to find or create news/communications opportunities

- Familiarity with a variety of marketing campaign management tools and technologies (i.e. Salesforce, Pardot, etc.)

Mandatory: Campaigns, Lead Generation, PPC, Marketing Strategy, SEM, SEO

Target Industry: Electronics/ EMS

Experience: 8-10 years of marketing experience, including proven responsibility for multiple, multi-touch marketing initiatives, preferably in a B2B technology environment

Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated stability and commitment, with 2-3 years of tenure in their previous roles.

Job Location: Pune /Shirwal (Plant Location)

Working Days: 6 Days (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or equivalent experience

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
