Job Description :
- The role is a part of the marketing function pertaining to the core marketing analytics function involving working closely with campaign managers and internal teams. It entails the conceptualization of KPI dashboards for full sales funnel lead tracking with analytics as the core element to ensure maximum visibility for campaign managers and the leadership team.
- Own the completion and delivery of econometric modeling on time and in line with agreed SLAs, while providing key strategic inputs.
- Basis the effective analysis help support the Campaign Managers to take appropriate decisions.
- The candidate should be able to drive analysis around the following Marketing Effectiveness KPIs: Return on Investment (ROI), Cost per Win (Sale), Cost per Lead, Conversion Rate, Incremental Sales, Customer Lifetime Value.
- Ensure exemplary relationship development and strong communication with UK Campaign Managers.
- Monitoring and evaluating the data collection process for both internal & external reports & MIS.
- Work with other team members to process data efficiently and help develop insights.
- Supporting leadership team in deriving intelligent insights and preparing business presentations from time to time.
- Deliver timely and accurately all reporting needs- weekly, monthly, and quarterly- for onshore and offshore leadership consumption.
- Manage multiple trackers to ensure data collation across various teams- to support reporting and analytics.
- Ensure completion and closure of ad-hoc improvement projects related to reporting automation.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager to ensure consistency and quality of support provided to onshore Marketing and Campaign teams, devise quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Knowledge of E-views, R, or other statistical software packages like Alteryx, Tableau etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint & Power Bi).
- Understanding VB scripts and other coding languages will be a big plus.
- Well-developed written and spoken communication skills and good manner to present result
- Analytical and critical thinking.
- Detail orientation and ability to work accurately under time pressure.
- Project management experience especially with driving larger Marketing & Automation projects.
- Works well within a team environment and handling a team of 5+.
