The team has grown from five to 60 and now has offices in Bengaluru and Gurgaon. Their programs are offered in Gurgaon, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, and Mumbai.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns for the company.
What you will do:
- Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as long term
- Designing yearly, quarterly and monthly digital media strategy in line with business objectives
- Identifying opportunities for partnerships (content and social media)
- Management of various social media channels and the content for the same.
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on social media channels
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
- Competitor and customer insights analysis (basis the strategies implemented)
- Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales (basis the strategies implemented)
- Establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
- Strategizing and targeting ways to increase user base through push notifications, mailers, etc.
- Managing the company's external and internal affiliate programs
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Experience of minimum 2 years in email, affiliate and content marketing.
- Understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Crisp and fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 8,00,000 to 10,00,000
