Role :
- Translate business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact on the sales funnel (web, mobile)
- Identifying and implementing strategies for increasing quality traffic on mobile app, mobile site and desktop through incisive Online Marketing programs.
- Ensure consistent and effective online interventions in the conversion funnel brand across allmobile and online platforms on a day to day basis.
- Delivering an excellent customer experience by improving the quality level of integrated online presence (cross device) and ensure a consistent approach to app, mobile site and website campaigns.
- Establish metrics, reporting, processes and benchmarks to measure performance and gather insights on new ideas to test.
- Mine data and use analytics to help build products/experiments and propositions that will consumer need gaps in the e-commerce space & move offline customer & product segments online.

- Overall management of pay-per- click strategies including P & L responsibility
- Own reporting and analysis of campaigns, showing total impact of online marketing activities and overall online marketing ROI.

- Own and evolve the CRM playbook, including customer life cycle management, intentivization engine, loyalty engine
- Drive growth through improved Repeats and upward movement of Customer segments
- Drive top of the funnel growth by owning first time buyer acquisition strategy, optimize cost of acquisition
- Ownership on Customer P/L and owning GMV/Revenue targets
- Establish metrics, reporting, processes and benchmarks to measure performance and gatherinsights on new ideas to test.
UG - BE / B.Tech Qualification is must
Relevant Experience :
- 12+ years of total marketing experience with 7 - 8 Years experience in Online Marketing and CRM
- Direct Hands On experience of running large performance marketing programs (search, mobile app marketing, remarketing on all devices, programmatic).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels like SEM, Meta Search, Programmatic, Mobile, deep Linking, cross device tracking, Remarketing and Display.
- Strong Experience in using data / insights & analytics to drive marketing decisions and strategy
