eCommerce Marketing Manager


Responsibilities:

- Revenue Generation: Responsible for strategies to Protect, Grow & Launch business

- Performance Marketing: Lead Search-Merch strategy & managed budget

- Impact: Increase RoAS

- JBP with Partners: Launch e-commerce focus brands, exclusive SKUs, JJ Pops Cheer for India & enabled territory expansion

- Impact: Generate quarterly revenue

- Mining Insights: use primary research & analytical tools to understand consumer pain points and purchase behavior & identified new business opportunities

- Full-funnel Marketing: Collaborate with the Brand to align strategies with ATL campaigns

- Enable Cross-Platform synergy for brand-love campaign via online (On-app activation, CRM) & offline (Pop-up stores, Sampling)

- Launch products on platforms, supported by ATL and on-app campaigns

- Connect Commerce: Initiate commerce-first, off-app campaigns with the platform audience

- Experience Management: Deploy AI for content audit, and to maintain a centralized asset creation & Optimization
