Manager - Marketing - Diagnostic Imaging Firm

- The incumbent is responsible for positioning the product portfolio in the market especially Tier 2 & 3 through marketing programs and strategic initiatives

- A special focus will be to promote AI driven Marketing for the Imaging products and increasing market share

- Provides strategic direction to DI Marketing including identification of opportunities and measuring outcomes

Description :

- Initiates marketing programs or projects based on identified business and/ or tactical needs from a product/ customer/ geography perspective. Drives Tier II/III penetration and advises targeted promotional activity

- Initiates marketing programs for business drivers for Niche products/ customers. Drives global focus of Artificial Intelligence in Imaging

- Initiates and drives C Level Marketing to develop relationships with KDMs

- Introduces/ramps up data-based marketing

- Provides key inputs to BL Marketing plans (including budget)

- Demonstrates ROMI in Marketing promotions (e.g. event participation)

- Oversees marketing collaterals in use and event participation

- Identifies challenges faced by BL Heads and drives towards solutions

- Analyzes market and current marketing initiatives across MR/ CT/ MI/ XP&Refurb/ Syngo Business Lines and provides targeted solutions

- Drives Digital Marketing initiatives coordinating with Communications. Leverages virtual channels of communication to drive Marketing objectives

- Indirectly manages Marketing professionals with strategic guidance and direction

Profile :

- Experience in Marketing or Strategic roles is preferred

- Exposure to Diagnostic Imaging is preferred

- Role Model leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and lead employees to achieve performance objectives

- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment

- Experienced with working in multi-national firms

- Excellent English language skill

- Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization (external and internal)

- Strategic account management mindset

- Ability to quickly identify opportunities and close them into orders

- High resilient and results orientated

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships in a matrix environment as well as influence employees at all levels
