Job Purpose :
The primary responsibility is to handle Marketing of multiple products to generate demand to maximize revenue and profits through driving multiple activities round the year at a PAN India level.
Responsibilities :
Influencer Management :
- Will be driving the engagement/loyalty program for the Architects & IDs
- Will be responsible for driving electrician loyalty program
- Ensure and assist the sales team in conducting seminars/exhibitions across all relevant markets
Channel Marketing :
- Drive the Channel retail loyalty program by rolling out competitive secondary schemes and ensure better participation from all retailers
- Handle Branding agencies to develop designs and digital assets and create POS materials with clear messaging
- Will drive exclusive store feasibility study and execution
- Drive branding activities at point of sales -Shop In Shop display/dealer boards etc
- Sales Promotion Activities
- Complete in charge for driving sales force automation
- In charge for driving Distributor Management System
- Coordinate with sales team and lead for participation in events/trade shows
Vendor Management :- Ensure smooth coordination with all the vendor for all the activities
- New vendor management
Skills/Qualifications :- MBA with minimum 7-8 years of experience from a reputed college
- Should have relevant experience in driving Marcomm activities for at least 4-5 years
