Establish and run the franchisee owned and managed business, retail products of the company to the end customer.

To oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities, planning of consumer /promotional offers to ensure better footfall at the store.

Managing the cross functional teams to run the showroom effectively.

Identifying the need of the store and providing the necessary support in terms of ATL/BTL activities.

Planning related to opening of the store starting from the interior design, merchandising, Visual merchandising etc.

Developing training module/processes for the new partners and to demonstrate product.

Strong coordination with consumer durable team for timely delivery.
