Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Insights:


- Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of trends, understand competitor activities, and identify customer preferences within the construction sector.

- Analyze sales data and market conditions to pinpoint opportunities and challenges, informing strategic decision-making.

Strategic Planning and Goal Setting:


- Develop comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for product promotion, aligning with overall business objectives.

- Set clear goals and measurable targets for sales growth, ensuring effective campaign performance tracking.

Field Sales Leadership:


- Lead and motivate a team of field sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to maximize their effectiveness.

- This includes conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for architects, builders, and contractors.

- You'll foster strong relationships with key industry professionals, ensuring ongoing collaboration and partnership.

Product Promotion and Lead Generation:


- Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to raise product awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive sales growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sales brochures, presentations, and digital content tailored to the construction industry audience.

- Leverage industry events, trade shows, and social media platforms to connect with target markets.

Customer Relationship Management:


- Maintain a comprehensive customer database, ensuring efficient lead nurturing and follow-up.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and fostering long-term client relationships.

Collaboration and Coordination:


- Work closely with various internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

- Effectively manage relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies and event organizers, to optimize marketing campaign execution.

Reporting and Analysis:


- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities, providing regular reports with valuable insights on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and sales, preferably within the construction products, building materials, or related industry.

- Proven track record of success in managing field sales teams and developing impactful marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.

- Strong understanding of the construction industry, its key players, and decision-making processes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Demonstrated proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.

- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation platforms (a plus)
