Responsibilities:
Delegate Acquisition & Marketing Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify and target potential delegates for upcoming conferences.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that encompass digital marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, social media marketing, and public relations efforts.
Content Creation & Management:
- Create compelling marketing materials, including website content, promotional brochures, press releases, and event newsletters.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely content delivery across all platforms.
Digital Marketing & Analytics:
- Utilize a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, social media, email marketing, analytics) to reach target audiences and generate leads.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and utilize data insights to optimize marketing strategies and maximize delegate acquisition.
Event Management & Collaboration:
- Manage event registrations and effectively handle delegate inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, creative) to ensure a cohesive and successful conference experience for delegates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or event marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, particularly for events or conferences.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, analytics)
