Job Purpose :
Define and execute the integrated marketing strategy for Xerox India with below objectives :
- Build, Own and Deliver the Annual Marketing communication plan for the organization at PAN India level.
- Drive visibility, mind-share, active evaluation, purchase intent and eventual purchase through integrated marketing campaigns - Online / digital and Offline.
- Drive a consistent message on core business Value Proposition to acquire new customers and retain existing customers.
- Drive a compelling value proposition for client organization to enable acquisition, motivation and retention of channel partners.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute an integrated Marketing Plan for client organization at PAN India level covering the areas of Public Relations, Digital/Online Marketing, and Offline Marketing which is aligned with the Business objectives of client organization,India.
- Optimum selection of vehicles / media to drive best-in-class ROMI.
- Market bench-marking of Marketing Initiatives against key competition.
- Drive innovation in reaching out to potential customers.
- Develop and execute a robust demand generation platform for client organizations Products and Offerings through digital media.
- Execute a compelling value proposition-based communication plan for customers and channels.
- Drive market activation programs in coordination with Sales Team and Product Marketing.
- Bench-marking with competition and across different regions/ verticals for customer and channel communication.
- Choose and execute the Events and Roadshows to participate and deliver best ROMI.
- Drive Channel/re-seller communication platform including Parter-net portal, newsletter etc
- Agency Management for Creative Development, PR, Media.
- Vendor management for Collaterals production and distribution, Events Management, Trade Shows Participation.
- Marketing communication: Budget owner ensuring timely and accurate monthly-budget spend-forecast, execute activities as per plan and ensuring on-time vendor payments processing.
Background and Experience :
- 7-10 years of Marketing experience with relevant exposure to Events Management, PR, Digital and Offline Marketing.
- Experience in Advertising Agency in the digital space is desirable.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing is preferable.
Education :
- Graduate with MBA.
