Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or Master's degree (M.B.A) with 10 years of experience in Marketing functions.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in various marketing activities including in-store branding, posters, banners, exhibitions, and in-store displays.
- Strong coordination skills for designing banners, posters, product catalogues, and other marketing materials.
- Proficient in creative software such as Corel DRAW and Photoshop.
- Experience in managing multiple brands, products, or product categories.
- Sound knowledge and experience in printing procedures, including materials and processes.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies.
Job Description:
- Identify market opportunities and develop corresponding marketing strategies and annual plans.
- Support consumer brand communication initiatives across various media platforms including print, outdoor, and online.
- Lead and support the conceptualization, organization, and execution of events.
- Undertake and oversee key research initiatives to enhance understanding of product categories and brands.
- Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and vendors in adherence to legal and administrative policies.
- Drive marketing activities with the primary goal of acquiring customers.
- Plan, develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Create and manage content on websites and engage in forums and blogs to enhance visibility and brand awareness.
- Assist in developing, designing, and executing campaigns to activate, engage, transact, and retain customers.
- Manage campaign management, customer engagement, partner engagement, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Plan, schedule, create, and execute campaigns for overall programs and individual partners.
- Develop marketing plans for brand communication, strategy, tactics, and new launches.
- Manage customer connect activities and relationships.
- Follow up on marketing activity execution and build field motivation and connectivity.
- Generate innovative ideas for brand promotion and adopt a proactive approach to competition.
