Manager - Marketing Communication

Strategic Planning and Implementation : Support and facilitate development, implementation, and tracking of business development/marketing plans. Evaluation and improvement of present client relations and services and future business development opportunities and activities

Brand Standard Designing and Copyright : Be a gatekeeper of the brand, accountable and responsible for proper copy writing and designing for all, promotions, marketing, social media presence and any other environment in which the brand appears. Ensure the brand bible is referred at all time

Budgeting/Revenue : Interact with Directors to develop and supervise the marketing budget. Responsible for marketing budgets and its utilization. Manage the marketing budgets ROI of the firm and its effective utilization

Digital Marketing : Responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies for the organization that drive new client acquisition

Social Media Marketing : Responsible for combining marketing and social media management to enhance the companys social media presence, interaction with target audiences, and expanding the opportunities for increasing organisations revenue. Promote the brands products and services on various social media channels.

SEO : Will be required to rank organisations websites on the search engine result page and to increase the websites traffic.

Content Marketing : Responsible for developing content marketing strategy for internal and external communication. Create and Manage blogs, marketing campaigns, eBook publications, guest blogging, email communications, video marketing, sales page copywriting, etc.

Communication : Implement, monitor and evaluate marketing communication strategy including, promotions and PR to support the marketing objectives and maximize the positive exposer in the market Work with internal teams to coordinate and collect information as required to execute internal communications and other related activities

Media/Public Relations : Prepare and manage public relation activities and communications for the firm (or contracts with and provides oversight to outside agencies), including press releases, new announcements and notices, other firm announcements, media materials, and coordination with our PR consultant

Sponsorships and Speaking Engagements : Identify, evaluate, and make recommendations for firms participation in sponsorships, conferences, speaking and writing opportunities, and similar events. Coordinates activities (RSVPs, promotional products, advertising, presentation slides, etc.) as needed.

Surveys and Assessment : Design and implement client satisfaction surveys and market researches

Visual Aid Support : Support the RMs and the sales team with required visual aids such as pitch presentation and relevant marketing collaterals

Competition Tracking : Constantly keep track of prospects and bringing marketing insights by analysing competitions marketing activities

Tracking and Reporting : Maintain firms database utilized for marketing, business development, public relations and client services and generates monthly marketing reports with achievements covering online, offline marketing and initiatives 30-60-90 days plan for events + effective execution + results. Brand Calendar made yearly. Competition Analysis (Quarterly)

Event Calendar, Planning/Coordination & Gift : Responsible for executing and maintaining Marketing/Event calendars and promotional strategies to meet organizational objective. Work on the 30-60-90 days plan. Effectively implement details for activations with the team and vendors. Manages business development/client services functions, events, and opportunities for the firm, including i) Develop, organize, and provide support for firms conferences, seminars, and other sponsored events; ii) UHNI receptions and celebrations (and associated gifts); and iii). Holiday cards, gifts, and thank you gifts for clients or referral sources

Candidate Profile :

- Post Graduate, MBA in marketing strongly preferred.

- At least 5 years in a marketing managers role with over all experience of min 8 years within a services environment.

- The successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to write effectively for public relations and other purposes for audiences inside and outside the firm and to prepare written materials to support and to follow-up marketing opportunities for the firm and the ability to evaluate opportunities for business development and manage a marketing budget.

- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, creating and promoting webinars and blogs. In addition must have the ability to set goals, interpret metrics, and implement projects that will improve online performance, visibility and revenue.

- Other: Must be willing and available to travel between the firms different offices as needed and required by the positions specific duties and responsibilities.

- Candidate must have experience targeting clients for Lifestyle and High-end brands in industries like Automobile, Chartered Jets, Exotic Villas etc.
