Role specific skill sets :
- Understand company business, go-to-market strategy and service delivery models
- Drive and manage all marketing activities for the Group
- Manage a team and ensure appropriate allocation and timely delivery of tasks and projects
- Identify and establish strategic alliances with new associates
- Maintain and strengthen relationship with existing associates
- Build a pipeline of prospects for the sales team and the practices
- Support the sales team and practices to convert prospects into successful engagements
- Devise various group and practice level campaigns to Increase visibility of company
- Network at seminars, trade shows, conferences etc. to promote company and generate leads
- Liaise with various associates to organise seminars for various Practices
- Schedule follow-up meetings with suspects to generate qualified leads
- Identify creative marketing channels to reach out to targeted list of potential clients
- Host various international associates in India
- Host and address various International business delegations in India
- Monitor and analyse market trends for specified services
- Study competitor's services and their go-to-market strategy
- Prepare and track marketing and communication budget
- Track return on investment on marketing campaigns and prepare reports for stakeholders on a periodic basis
