Manager Marketing Communication

- Assist in the creation and execution of the Brand/Communication Strategy

- Plan and execute employee engagement/ internal/external communication programs across Co's locations (USA, India, Canada & China)

- Assist in developing the content strategy/plan and support the implementation of the same (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Glassdoor)

- Website/Career site optimization and management

- Take the Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing initiatives of the organization forward

- Host internal events and represent the organization in external events

- Explore and implement latest new tools / platforms whenever required as per marketing strategy

- Work closely with business/creative partners to deploy successful marketing campaigns - write briefs, provide feedback, and regular follow ups with at each stage from ideation to execution

- Manage vendors, invoices, approvals and ensure timely payouts

Qualification And Experience:

1. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field & have prior experience of 8-10 years in a similar role.

2. You are proficient in developing, executing, and measuring demand generation programs that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel.

3. Strong knowledge of content development and SEM.

4. A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous.

5. You have exceptional verbal & written communication skills.

6. You have a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.

7. You have excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
