About our Client: Our client is a global leader in the water, hygiene and energy technologies and services and an ever-increasing India footprint. Their products are renowned globally in their area of business and the organization is poised to achieve it aggressive growth plans for India. They are looking for a marketing manager to support one of their key business divisions based out of Mumbai.
Job Description: In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the market needs through key initiatives such as VOB/VOC research, market trend and competitive analysis and work with the divisional leads to develop strategic plans and executes it effectively to drive profitable growth
- Commercialize global/regional programs that differentiates Company from its competitors by developing program strategies - segmentation, value proposition, pricing strategy, product line projections, tracking
- Lead the development of innovative solutions in response to the local market/customer needs and effective product portfolio management
- Lead cross functional teams to implement core/global/regional products/programs and ensure they achieve established revenue and profit target
- Drives training and understanding of core programs among the field and corporate account sales team
- In conjunction with the Marketing Lead for India and Divisional leads develops strategic plans and executes it effectively to drive profitable growth
- Assist in development of sales and value selling tools for the sales team
- Lead planning and execution of major industry and customer events
- Castigate corporate and branding messaging via internal and external communication channels
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be an MBA with ~8 years of marketing/professional experience in a business-to-business environment with excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in Chemical/Ingredient/Pharma/Healthcare industry with ability to collaborate with sales and other functions to drive results is desirable.
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimal direction coupled with strong organizational, negotiation and project management skills is a must.
