1. Channel Marketing Manager(Noida- Work from Office)

Budget: 16 - 20L

- ZSM/ RSM

- GTM Head/ National Sales Head

- Finance Team

- Admin Team

- Channel Partners

Educational Qualifications: MBA(Specialization in Sales & Marketing)

Premier B School

Experience: 5 - 7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing all the channel marketing and sales system for IM

- Will be indirectly responsible for driving growth of sales & own the numbers

- Identifying pockets & models for growth through channel partner expansion

- Working with the cross functional teams for smooth functioning of channel in terms of onboarding, training, payout etc

- Liasioning with the 3rd party agencies for conceptualizing & execution of programs in automations, channel engagement, training, etc.

- Creating programs for Channel to increase sales productivity & partner ROI

- Understanding best practices in different industries and replicating it

- Prior experience of Trade/Channel Marketing from Telecom/FMCG/White Goods industries
