Qualification - MBA

Experience - +6 years relevant experience

Job Role:

To implement the Marketing strategy for the Brand and support alternate channels for their marketing. This would entail all consumer influencing strategy, generation and implementation through all below – the – line & above-the-line activities and promotions.

- Implement brand strategy & campaigns for various schemes to build brand equity

- Implement direct product marketing campaigns by analyzing product range, industry trends, and competition & consumer insights for customer acquisition.

- Conceptualize & Plan Promotional Events, Launch Activities, Product Promotions to facilitate Channel Marketing & Activation

- Manage relationships with media partners for sourcing, ideation, evaluation, price negotiation, planning, Analysis, buying & execution

- Identify key platforms & media mix for brand communication

- Monitor & analyze market research data for enabling management decisions

- Manage budgets allocated to achieve optimal ROI

- Channel Marketing support for banking & institutional teams

- Technical Skills - Understanding of Consumer behavior & insights, Alternate channel marketing /branding experience, Service Marketing, Market Research & analysis, Media Planning & Buying, CRM, Project management skills

- Behavioral Skills - Result Orientation & Process focused, Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
