Purpose of Job:
- Formulate Marketing strategy for the company in line with the organization strategy to drive top line growth, desired positioning in the market and Brand recall.
- Understand customer needs and develop systems and processes to respond to them ensuring effective customer relationship management
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for identifying and leading marketing campaigns that drive sales and educate clients about the projects. Create collaterals and brand communication, overseeing the departmental budgets.
- Administering prospective (client) database to meet, motivate and ensure steady growth. Manage junior level marketing personnel to ensure smooth functioning of the Marketing departmental KRAs.
- Ensure maximum positive lead generation for the premium projects through various online and conventional campaigns.
- Keep in regular touch and abreast with the respective site dynamics. Handling site visits and conducted surveys for commercial & business feasibility. Study and be updated with the relevant competitions and their activities.
- Identify key markets and target segments to prepare an outreach program - both Corporate and Project Level.
- Identify a Marketing roadmap for 6 months, break it up into monthly & quarterly objectives and prepare MIS to indicate achievements, gaps and course-correction.
- Prepare and maintain budget as a percentage of projected revenue against projects. Marking a certain component towards corporate marketing so as to make it a self-sustaining cycle. Budget to include all marketing, production, sales support activities. Prepare Annual Budget for total Communication spend of the team (including man-power/ awards & infrastructure), which involves Print & Press Ads, CSR, collaterals, exhibitions and seminars, training programs/workshops, sponsorships etc. Follow the Annual budget on a Monthly and weekly provision through drafting of immaculate program calendar spread over the year and split into macro time slots of months-weeks- days and even hourly planning for particular events.
- Break up of Marketing would mean - Media relations through PR, Marketing Communication towards corporate and project related activities, which would include but not be limited to print & outdoor media circulation & placements, identifying key markets & proposing appropriate road show participations.
- Ensure the Brand promise, Corporate Philosophy, Corporate Front, & Colour Palette are adhered to across communication - both in visual & tone of the communication, which would include all forms of conventional media and online as well.
- Liaise with media to negotiate effective & efficient media to ensure outreach of communication to appropriate audience & maximise radius coverage within the budget limits.
- Coordinate with creative, media release and other agencies to meet schedule in line with the road map.
- Facilitate partnerships, sponsorships with events and media properties to leverage the Brand promise to the target segments.
- Quality check & control on production of marketing collaterals, which would include but will not be limited to brochures, flyers, print ads, outdoor fabrication, road show set-ups, etc.
- Support Sales Team with the availability of collaterals to aid sales. Identify road shows participations in target markets and support the team in fabrication of the same.
- Propose, finalise and execute customer engagement activities and communication with the CRM Team.
- Ensure quality check and factual correction of the IVR system in sync with the Sales and CRM Team. To keep both in line with the tonality of the Brand.
- Support CRM Team with all forms of external communication including but not limited to direct marketing collaterals, client communique, external newsletters etc.
- Coordinate Intra-departmental approvals to ensure that all/any communication rolling out is factually correct and does not implicate any legal consequences.
- Planning, developing, implementing strategies and marketing activities for various projects - Prepare annual and quarterly budgets represent the company at external events and trade meetings to endorse Brand and projects.
