Job Purpose Statement :

The resource would be responsible for deepening customer engagement with the brand and support all brand management programs

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize, design and execute customer engagement programmes

- Monitor and review brand health and support execution of brand management programs

- To design and execute branding programs enhancing brand visibility across channels

Key Challenges :

- Understanding of Customer and his influences

- Monitoring of brand health and customer's interaction with the same, through research, field visits, and other studies

- Vendor Management

- Internal Stakeholders Management / Requirement Understanding

- Extensive Travel

Decision Making Authority :

Self : Daily execution and activities, Vendor Interaction and Relationship management with internal stakeholders

Manager Consultation : Overall plans, choice of vendors and design of programs and materials
