Is responsible for :

- Developing and managing marketing campaigns for Personal and Business segments which will include ATL and BTL Communication.

a) Credit Card Marketing Campaigns in terms of partner offers, Targeted or Portfolio Spends, Activations and New to Bank or New to Product Acquisitions

b) Personal Loan Marketing Campaigns in terms of Acquisitions through cross sell to existing New to Product bases and New To Bank Acquisitions

c) Mortgage Marketing Campaigns in terms of Acquisitions through cross sell to existing New to Product bases and New To Bank Acquisitions through events and promotions

d) SA, Debit Cards and Deposits Marketing Campaigns in terms of Retail Brand Partner Offers, Activations, and New to Bank or New to Product Acquisitions.

e) Business Clients Marketing Campaigns in terms of cross-sell, activation's and New to Bank or New to Product Acquisitions.

f) Campaigns and promotions for Bank's Staff / Internal Contests

g) Leverage on LFC and SCMM properties

- Working with agencies to execute marketing plans for all assets and liabilities retail products and promotions.

- Ensuring tracking of campaign metrics and efficacy

- Managing local area marketing events pan India, with the purpose of consumer engagement to deepen/ cross-sell/ up-sell or acquire new clients.

- Managing the marketing budget assigned to her portfolio of products.

- Designing and executing all branding and communication material including sales aid and other marketing collaterals

Lead excellence in offline and digital media :

- Be the primary resource for all printed collaterals, e mailers and events for retail products

- Coordinate with necessary stakeholders in delivery of creative

- Drive customer call-to-action and product cross-sell

- Review customer behaviour and implement necessary measures to make campaigns more effective.

- Introduce remarketing, targeting and segmentation to improve leads

- Keep track of competition activities and best practices

Agency/ relationship management :

- Share detailed brief on all upcoming marketing activities

- Ensure that job priorities are aligned

- Ensure that the vision in terms of output is aligned

- Optimize resource and delivery timelines

- Review performance and regulatory compliance

- Negotiate and optimize budget allocation

- Identify risk around engagement process

Governance :

- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and best practices

Target :

- Deliver on set campaign goals on retail segment campaigns

- Have a keen focus on ROMI from all marketing activities

- Ensure that communication quality is consistent

- Make communications and campaigns compelling enough to ensure maximum client action while also ensuring that the Bank's brand promise is reflected

- Product promotional events should clearly reflect the Bank's brand promise

- Improve customer journey to drive conversion

- Timely delivery of projects and initiatives

Knowledge Skills & Experience :

Functional :

- 3+ years experience in marketing, preferably in BFSI / FMCG / Telecom sector or creative agencies

- Technology experience is a plus

- Must be an MBA candidate

Talent, Skill & Knowledge :

- Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills

- Conceptual thinking able to structure and organize

- Execution orientation able to execute and deliver results

- Ability to work in a performance driven marketing environment

- Good understanding of Marketing trends and competition campaigns

Salary Range: 8 - 12 LPA
