Job Overview:
- The Marketing Manager for Consumer Products will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive demand, build brand awareness, and increase sales in the B2C market.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and external agencies to ensure that marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Marketing Plans:
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote consumer products across multiple channels, including digital, social, email, and offline.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Customer Segmentation:
- Identify key customer segments and tailor marketing messages to address specific pain points and needs of the target audience.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, paid media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships to drive brand visibility and sales.
Product Launches:
- Collaborate with product teams to design and launch marketing campaigns for new products and features, ensuring successful market entry and adoption.
Performance Analytics:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Make data-driven adjustments to optimize future campaigns.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, and customer support) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all customer touchpoints.
Brand Development:
- Ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns are consistent with brand guidelines and values.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive activities. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 6- 9 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and e-commerce strategies.
Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
Creativity:
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Project Management:
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player:
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments and with external partners.
