Role - Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific
Responsibilities:
1. Drive Demand Generation through virtual campaigns, conference and industry events, online webinars, and other means as appropriate:
-Work with regional sales management in the planning of B2B campaigns
- Adopt, apply and influence corporate lead generation best practices and tools
- Provide timely, consistent reporting on key performance metrics and use outcomes to iterate and advise future actions
- Manage the development and execution of demand generation promotions as well as creation of general promotional materials
2. Enable Strategic Selling Partnerships:
- Develop or revise set of collateral materials and content to support the recruitment and retention of key partnership sales initiatives
- Train sales team on messaging and collateral as needed
- Assist in development of key proposals and presentations
3. Manage External Market Communications
- Identify opportunities to convey key brand messaging in targeted markets
- Work with internal and external SMEs to create and/or apply collateral such as case studies, blog posts, and white papers that support regional sales activities
- Work with corporate leadership team on timing & distribution of press releases in the region
4. Communicate Regional Market Intelligence:
- Leads efforts to monitor competitive marketing landscape, using tools, internal resources, and external partnerships, to develop a deeper understanding of our industry, product and market trends
- Gather and evaluate relevant market and competitor information to review market position, determine threats, and advise product and corporate positioning
- Manage Corporate Website and Social Media messaging
- Work with regional and corporate leadership to advise, adopt and publish relevant corporate communications and information on the company's public website
- Manage our social media presence in region, and coordinate plans with the corporate digital marketing manager on which platforms to activate, monitor, and utilize for targeted markets
- Collaborate with corporate marketing on applicable on-line metrics to track and monitor for the region
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of regional marketing related experience in IT services sector
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possession of an entrepreneurial spirit, willing and capable of taking on multiple tasks under limited budget and resources
- A team player with a strong desire for success and willingness in taking ownership
- Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with product management, sales and other departments
- Strong business sense capable of problem solving and working independently
